In the early morning around 10am En
Mazran Bin Esro and Engineer Siva Kumar Subramaniam explained to us about our internship
schedule for the 10 weeks at this company. We divided into 2 group based on our
course which is BENE and BENT. For our task activity such as general task and
specific task is being given according to our major course. First group will
start with soldering and the other group will start with their blog. This
separation being made because some of the equipment was not enough so we need to
share to make sure each one of us can complete the task given on time and
functioning well. The task schedule was arranged as above.
IPC-A-610D
IPC-A-610D standard is a collection
of visual quality acceptability requirements for electronic assemblies. This
document presents acceptance requirements for the manufacture of electrical and
electronic assemblies. Historically, electronic assembly standards contained a
more comprehensive tutorial addressing principles and techniques. The criteria
in this standard are not intended to define processes to accomplish assembly
operations nor is it intended to authorize repair/modification or change of the
customer’s product. For instance, the presence of criteria for adhesive bonding
of components does not imply, authorize, require the use of adhesive bonding, and
the depiction of a lead wrapped clockwise around a terminal does not
imply/authorize/require that all leads/wires be wrapped in the clockwise
direction.
